The desire to have an exceptional school truly begins with the staff we employ to execute our standards. This is why we take great strides in selection, training, and supporting the staff that make our early learning program exceptional for every young learner enrolled. We are always working to find the right people to add to our team, holding tight to our mission and assisting us in achieving our goals.
How We Do It
At Leap Into Learning we have a stringent process that allows us to hand pick the staff members guaranteed to enhance our organization and achieve our mission. It is an educated and loving staff that is at the heart of how we continue to maintain our high standards. Exceeding state requirements is one way we continue to remain a forerunner. Each member of our teaching staff are required to be certified in CPR as well as First Aid. Additionally, they must obtain a minimum of 30 hours of training per year to keep up to date with the latest in Child Development skills and techniques. To further the safety of our students our staff succumb to full background checks performed by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
