Leap Into Learning Preschool uses a High Scope Curriculum, starting with our infants and continuing through our Pre-K programs. Children learn best through hands-on experiences with people, materials, events and ideas. That principle, validated by decades of research, is the basis of the High Scope approach to teaching and learning. Our students will use multiple learning centres, including Math, Science, Art, Dramatic Play and our Media centre, to get daily exposure to each of these areas to develop problem-solving skills as well as critical thinking skills.
Each program consists of a complete system of teaching practices for each topic and age group, assessment tools and a training model. Our lead teachers will give each child an individual assessment adapted to meet the individual needs of each child.
When you enrol your baby, toddler, or preschooler in the Leap Into Learning program, you can be assured that your child will gain a love for learning. Our team is specially skilled to ensure that each child finds their personal strength through the exploration of enjoyable yet challenging activities. Throughout the program, parents often recognize exponential growth in their children as they are guided through discovery and hands-on activities designed to reinforce the curriculum.
